Residents of a Florida retirement community discover that the neighboring swimming pool has been infused with a mysterious energy that leaves them feeling younger and revitalized. The source turns out to be a group of visiting aliens with a connection to strange cocoons recovered from the ocean. The ensemble cast includes Don Ameche, Wilford Brimley, Hume Cronyn, Jessica Tandy, Jack Gilford, Maureen Stapleton, Steve Guttenberg, and Brian Dennehy.
